Obituary of Nick Thiessen

Thiessen, Nick of St. Thomas passed away at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Sunday, April 27, 2025 in his 77th year. Beloved husband of the late Anne(Harder) Thiessen. Dear father of Angie Loewen(Jake) of Aylmer, Adam Thiessen of Wallaceburg and Bill Thiessen(Jodi) of Wallaceburg. Loving grandfather of Brandon(Susie), Bobby, Dillon, Conner(Ella), Maranda and Jadice. Brother of Bill(Grace), Susan(Dave) and Pete(Cheryl). Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by his son Nick Thiessen(2024), brothers Richard and Joe and sister Anne. Born in Chihuahua, Mexico on August 29, 1948, son of the late Klaas and Katharina(Miller) Thiessen. Visitation will be held at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Thursday from 6-8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, May 2, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery.
